We are providing extensive services concerning the above, which includes, the preparation of contracts such as franchise agreements, license agreements, joint development agreements, distributorship agreements, obtaining approval from competent governmental authorities or negotiation with competent governmental authorities in relation to joint business or business collaboration with Chinese companies, for example, establishment of chain stores in China.
